engrossing book by libraryfashionista |
| Golden Compass is the first book in "his Dark Materials" trilogy. In an alternate dimension, a girl start an important adventure that will change all worlds forever. Pullman weaves a complex and vivid tale that gets better with every read. Well developed characters, a detailed setting, thrilling plot, and well-written story make this book a must read. |
