Rick Riordan's new series by mistwalker |
| The Lost Hero, the first book in the Heroes of Olympus series, introduces three new characters: Jason, Piper and Leo. Jason wakes up but cannot remember anything at all. He and his two friends stumble upon the Greek camp, and struggle to figure out what happened. Meanwhile, a phantom menace begins to awake.
The Lost Hero was a disappointment, after the thrilling conclusion to the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. It was creative of Rick Riordan to wake Gaea up, although it will be extremely difficult to top the Percy Jackson series. Overall, I was not that impressed with Riordan's new series.
